  3. Minimize the damage but don’t start any repairs
  4. Keep all receipts for any expenses directly related to the incident
  5. Have an updated home inventory list on hand

 

5 Steps to Take in Case of a Workers Compensation Claim

  1. Report employee injury to employer
  2. Seek medical attention at local ER or Urgent Care Center
  3. Tell all medical professionals that it is a Workers Compensation injury and make sure to describe all of your injuries
