Bob Conner
AGENCY PRINCIPAL
Bob has been at Mints since 1977 and as owner of the agency since 1992. He is very active in the community and when he isn’t at work, either at Mints or for other organizations in the area, you can find him playing golf, running or spending quality time with his family.
Frank A. Jones
PARTNER
Frank is an experienced leader and 25+ year veteran of the insurance industry. Frank focuses on commercial insurance risks with a specialty focus on the healthcare sector. Whether it is providing professional advice or personal care, Frank is passionate in his commitments and works tirelessly to complete the task at hand. Outside of Mints, Frank is Immediate Past Chair of the Southern NJ Development Council, serves on the Board of Directors for Maryville Treatment Centers, and is the Founder and President of Recovery Reform NOW.
Cara Garrison
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Cara is part of the Medical Malpractice team and has been at Mints for over 6 years. She graduated from Philadelphia University in 2009 and moved to South Jersey soon after. Cara is married with 2 daughters and when she’s not helping out her clients, she loves spending time with family, her dogs and exploring the outdoors.
Todd Buonadonna
PARTNER
Todd is a Commercial and Personal Insurance Specialist. Born in Vineland, NJ, he currently lives in Millville and has been married for 18 years with 3 boys. He has been helping clients with Commercial and Personal Insurance for over 10 years and has a background in Finance and Financial Planning. He is very involved in coaching and giving back to Millville American Little League. In his time off, he enjoys being with his family fishing on the Delaware Bay or playing on the beach in Brigantine, NJ. He loves working at Mints….very advanced with technology and efficiency, but still that family-owned agency that focuses on PERSONAL service.
Melissa Comparri
COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Melissa is a Commercial Account representative and holds a CISR and SBCS designation. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1994. A graduate from Rowan University. When not working, she loves to spend time with all her animals and reading Thriller & Mystery books. Currently living with her forever fiancé, Tony, and a menagerie of animals in Minotola.
Julian Conner
PARTNER/COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Sixteen years in the restaurant industry, from line cook to general manager. Jay is utilizing those skills and has turned them into a focus on breweries, wineries, bars & restaurants in the insurance industry. He knows the coverage the service industry needs and is passionate about delivering the best available products to our clients.
Pam Charlesworth
COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Pam has been in the insurance industry for many years and has worked at Mints Insurance since January of 1999. She is married with 2 boys and loves spending time with her family. When not working, Pam enjoys being outside playing with her boys, doing yard work, or just walking on the beach.
Joseph Bumpus

Joe brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience to Mints. He is married with 3 boys and 2 fur babies. When Joe is not working, you can probably find him with at least one of his sons - at the soccer fields, out on the lake, or on a golf course. He loves using his knowledge and expertise to help find solutions and answers for our customers
Rob Conner
PARTNER/PERSONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Born and raised in Millville, Rob attended Elon University in North Carolina, graduating in 2008. He lived and worked in Raleigh and Chapel Hill, North Carolina for several years before returning to Millville. He has been working at Mints Insurance since 2011, learning the ropes of the insurance business under the wise tutelage of his father, Bob Conner.
Sandy Wilson
PERSONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Sandy has been with Mints Insurance for over 27 years; specializing in managing Personal Lines accounts. Sandy loves spending time with her family, camping and baking. She truly has a passion for helping others and especially loves to laugh and smile!
Kasey Young
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & OPERATIONS
Kasey manages Finance, Human Resources and all Operations to make sure things run smoothly in the office. When she isn’t working at Mints, you can find her at The Balance Center, helping the community through yoga and Ayurveda or spending time with her husband, two busy boys and a fur baby, Ginger.
Heike Headley
RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Heike is the receptionist at Mints. After working from home as a freelance translator for many years, Heike is excited to be part of the Mints team and to interact with customers. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and cats, reading, sewing and yoga.
